Steve Boling is an Owensboro Native, and has been practicing law since 2010. He is passionate about the Law and arguing in Court for his clients. He takes great pride in his oral advocacy and argument skills. Ultimately, he loves to help people. He is proud of his community and serves as a volunteer board member for Saint Benedict's Emergency Homeless Shelter, and is the Treasurer and board member of Volunteer Owensboro, a local volunteer organization. Prior to starting The Law Office of Steven L. Boling, during law school, he worked as a law clerk for Tim Capps, criminal defense attorney, Land Of Lincoln (Illinois Legal Aid), teaching assistant at Council on Legal Education Opportunity for the American Bar Association, and Professor Chris Behan as a research assistant providing research in the field of Evidence. Additionally, he received specialized training in the field of domestic violence and worked in the domestic violence clinic at the law school representing victims of domestic violence. He competed in Moot Court during law school, winning awards including Best Oralist and induction into the National Order of Barristers. He married the former Heather Lawrence of Illinois, and they have three children. They attend Bridgepointe Church.
